Tofu Tikka Masala
1 block extra firm tofu, cubed
1 TB high heat, mild flavored oil such as sunflower
1 jar Brooklyn Delhi Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
1/2 cup coconut milk (or 1/4 cup cream)
Brooklyn Delhi Mango Chutney or Achaar
Turn heat to medium-high. In a non-stick pan, add the oil. Add in cubed tofu in a single layer. Sauté for about 7-9 minutes until golden brown, flipping cubes to evenly brown.
Add 1 jar Brooklyn Delhi Tikka Masala sauce to the fried tofu. Pour up to 1/2 cup coconut milk into the empty jar and shake it up. Pour the contents into the pan and simmer until heated through. Adjust salt. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve with rice or naan, plain yogurt and Brooklyn Delhi Mango Chutney or Achaar.
