  • Brooklyn Delhi + Tangra Fall

    I will be hosting an Indo-Chinese pop-up dinner called Tangra Fall with Chinese cookbook author Diana Kuan on November 16th.  For the event, we'll be serving a totally vegetarian family-style feast blending Indian and Chinese flavors and using local fall produce.  On the tables will be Brooklyn Delhi tomato achaar to go with the meal and these delicious dumplings stuffed with South Indian sweet potato and coconut stir-fry.  I'll also have some bottles on hand for sale.   • Brooklyn Delhi at SubDrift NYC

    I'm very excited to unveil our tomato achaar today at the October Subdrift NYC open mic in Williamsburg.  Hope you can come down and hear me as I take the stage and talk about my most favorite Indian relish made from delicious local tomatoes and spices.
