Our curry mustard combines earthy notes of cumin and paprika, tangy tamarind and sweet brown sugar for the perfect accent to burgers, brats, sandwiches, cheese and charcuterie boards and dressings like our favorite Curry Mustard Shallot Vinaigrette. We brine whole brown and yellow mustard seeds overnight and then grind them just enough to be easily spreadable but with some texture. Each jar is flavored with our very own curry powder made from 7 spices!
