Achaari Cheese Bread

Fire up those tastebuds with a cheesy toast! The chili + cheese combo is so underrated but after you try it, there’s no going back 😋

 

Serves 12 slices

Ingredients

1 stick butter, softened 

4 tablespoon Brooklyn Delhi Tomato Achaar or Brooklyn Delhi Roasted Garlic Achaar, to taste

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 

1/2 cup shredded cheddar 

3 tablespoon Dan-O's Cheesoning, optional 

4-5 green chilis, chopped 

Loaf of French or Italian bread, sliced in half 

Chopped cilantro, for garnish 

Method

In a medium-sized bowl, mix butter and Tomato Achaar or Roasted Garlic Achaar until combined. Add the cheeses and Dan-O's Cheesoning (optional) and mix again. Add your chopped chilis to the mix. 

Spread a thick layer of the achaari cheese mix on the bread. Bake for 15 minutes at 425. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
