Spring Naan Pizzas with Asparagus

These spring naan pizzas are the perfect way to welcome the season! Our Tomato Achaar makes the ideal pizza base with just the right kick.

Ingredients

3/4 cup shaved asparagus 

2 store bought naan 

Tomato Achaar 

shredded cheese of choice 

Method

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Shave your asparagus into thin strips.

Place each piece of naan directly on the oven rack and bake for 2 minutes. Remove and spread a thin layer of Tomato Achaar on each naan. Top with a layer of cheese, then add the shaved asparagus and finish with more cheese.

Return the pizzas to the oven, placing them directly on the center rack. Bake for 5-8 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted. Enjoy warm!
