Roti Pizza

These roti pizzas are inspired by Priya Krishna’s, but with a twist - green chiles, cheese, and, of course, our Tomato Achaar for the perfect flavor boost!

Ingredients

Tomato Achaar 

rotis or whole wheat tortillas

cheese of choice 

green chiles, thinly sliced

Method

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Evenly spread the Tomato Achaar among the rotis, then top with cheese, spreading it to the edges. Add very thinly sliced green chiles on top of the cheese.

Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheddar is melted, bubbling, and the edges are crisp.

Remove the pizzas from the oven, let them cool for 2 to 3 minutes, then drizzle with extra Tomato Achaar if desired.
