I will be hosting an Indo-Chinese pop-up dinner called Tangra Fall with Chinese cookbook author Diana Kuan on November 16th. For the event, we'll be serving a totally vegetarian family-style feast blending Indian and Chinese flavors and using local fall produce. On the tables will be Brooklyn Delhi tomato achaar to go with the meal and these delicious dumplings stuffed with South Indian sweet potato and coconut stir-fry. I'll also have some bottles on hand for sale.
We’ll be holding Tangra Fall at Court Tree Collective, a new arts and events space in Carroll Gardens and serving the meal with local beers from Queens Brewery. If you are interested in joining us, secure your ticket here.
