Achaar Roasted Potatoes

You can't replace mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving but you can have more potato dishes! These roasted potatoes have been all over our feeds and we've got the easiest way for you to make your own.

Ingredients

6-8 russet potatoes 

6 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Achaar 

8 tablespoons butter, melted 

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 

Method

Peel and cube your potatoes and boil until knife tender. Drain the water and let the potatoes rest for a few minutes. 

Shake up the potatoes to roughen up the outer layer. This is what gives it the crunch. Add Roasted Garlic Achaar and toss one more time. 

Add melted butter to your baking sheet and spread the achaar coated potatoes evenly. Bake for about an hour at 400 degrees, and flip the potatoes halfway. 

Garnish with cilantro and it's ready!
