Paneer Chili

Ingredients

1 cup paneer, cubed 

salt to taste, divided 

1 teaspoon ground black pepper 

1 tablespoon corn flour 

splash of water

oil for frying 

3 cloves garlic, chopped 

2 spring onions, chopped 

3 green chilies, sliced through middle 

1 small red onion, diced 

1 green bell pepper, diced 

1 tablespoon cumin/coriander powder 


Sauce Mix: 

2 tablespoon soy sauce 

2 tablespoon Brooklyn Delhi Tomato Achaar 

1 tablespoon ketchup 

1/2 tablespoon vinegar

Method

Add paneer, salt, pepper, corn flour, and a splash of water in a bowl. Mix till the paneer is coated. 

Prep your sauce by combining all the ingredients listed in the sauce mix. Heat oil in a pan and fry paneer until golden brown. 

Remove access oil from the pan and add garlic, spring onions, and green chilies. Stir fry till fragrant. 

Add onion and bell pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add your sauce mix and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. 

Add paneer cubes and mix. Cook for another 2-3 minutes and serve immediately!
