🍠 Sweet Potato Coconut Dal - a South Asian staple featuring red lentils, tender sweet potato, coconut cream, turmeric, cumin and lemon.
🫘 Red Bean Rajma Masala - quintessential North Indian comfort food inspired by my father’s recipe: kidney beans slow cooked with tomato, onion, ginger garlic and warming spices.
🧅 Black Bean Butter Masala - slow cooked black beans in a plant-based butter chicken sauce made creamy with coconut cream and cashew butter instead of butter and cream.
🥔 Chickpea Tikka Masala - a play on the popular curry house classic but made vegan with chickpeas and a delicate tomato sauce laced with roasted spices and coconut cream.
