Quintessential North Indian comfort food inspired by my father's recipe: tender kidney beans slow cooked with tomato, onion, ginger, garlic and warming spices. Traditionally served with rice to make "rajma chawal" and topped with sliced onions, cilantro and green chilies or achaar. Also delicious in tacos and on nachos!

How To Use

Serve with rice or naan or go fusion and pair with tacos, nachos or serve plain like a chili. Top with achaar or chutney for a complete Indian meal.
