Brooklyn Delhi is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all facets of the supply chain, including purchasing, production, inventory management, and logistics in a fast-paced, execution-focused, and dynamic start-up environment. This position is part-time with the goal of turning into a full-time role.


  • Manage all vendor relationships and all aspects of the supply chain, including production/co-packing, transportation, warehousing, and raw materials
  • Work closely with Founder to develop forecasts
  • Work with co-packer and vendors to prepare for production runs and attend runs to ensure process is followed and quality standards are met across batches.
  • Establish additional procedures and metrics to measure operational efficiency, such as manufacturing yield
  • Create and implement an inventory system to track raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  • Develop processes and manage the order processing and fulfillment functions
  • Develop and implement plans to significantly reduce COGS without sacrificing on quality
  • Support scale-up and commercialization of new products including identification of raw material and packaging suppliers which meet both capacity and quality needs
  • Represent the company in any situation, including in trade shows, markets and events, and wholesale accounts
  • Maintain/develop all required product certifications (e.g., Non-­-GMO Project, Woman Owned, Minority Owned)

  • Proven operations experience (3-5 years)
  • CPG supply chain background preferred. Past start up experience ideal, culinary experience a plus
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Docs and Quickbooks
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


  • Compensation commensurate with experience
  • Position will be remote
  • Not your typical 9-5, set your own schedule, as long as you get the job done
  • Travel as needed, some weekend work required for trade shows and events
  • Report directly to CEO/Founder
