Brooklyn Delhi is seeking a Community Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to grow into a larger role. This position would be responsible for managing the brand’s content calendar across social media and digital platforms, including strategic posting and incorporating strategy into Brooklyn Delhi’s presence. The team at Brooklyn Delhi is small, collaborative, and passionate about what we do! 


  • Create and maintain a daily publishing schedule on Instagram feed with a regular posting schedule on Instagram Stories, Facebook Brand Page, Pinterest and Twitter
  • Concept and collaborate with founder, creative social strategist, copywriter, photographer and designer for content creation.
  • Implement a monthly editorial calendar to manage content around daily posting and specific and timely campaigns (i.e. holidays) when relevant, in addition to overseeing the integration of team content and deadlines relating to the calendar (i.e. copy, photography, etc)
  • Write compelling copy, headlines, taglines and calls to action that meet brand tone and objectives
  • Research and find relevant and inspirational content to publish and further tell our brand’s story
  • Partner with relevant social influencers and brands to drive cross-promotional opportunities and a best-in-class brand ambassador program
  • Work with brand team to ensure creative concepts and copy tones are on brand and strategically sound
  • Stay current on social trends and current events and the social activity of brands in our category and relevant, adjacent categories to drive content creation ideas.
  • Assist in coordinating social and PR campaigns to raise awareness around new product launches
  • Contribute to the ongoing conversations and discussions happening within the community and online by commenting, answering questions, and encouraging followers/members to open up and contribute.

  • Social media (emphasis on Instagram & Facebook) and digital marketing experience
  • Project management experience, comfortable managing multiple timelines and deadlines
  • Successfully managed online communities 


  • Position will be remote
  • 10-12 hours/week to start with opportunity to grow hours, set your own schedule, as long as you get the job done
