Achaari Labne Dip

I developed this recipe for events where I'd sample Tomato Achaar. It's now my quick go to dip for when I have unexpected guests or just need one more dish on the table.

Serves 4


2 cups labneh

salt and pepper to taste

2-3 tablespoons Brooklyn Delhi Tomato Achaar

chopped herbs (i.e. cilantro) for garnish - optional

olive oil - optional


Mix labne with salt and pepper to taste. Swirl tomato achaar into labne. 

For garnish you can add chopped herbs on top with a drizzle of olive oil optionally.

Serve with flatbread, crackers or fresh veggies.
