Chickpea Masala Grain Bowl

A nourishing and satisfying bowl featuring Chickpea Tikka Masala and Tomato Achaar -quick, healthy, and perfect for lunch! Packed with flavor to keep you full all day.

Ingredients

cooked quinoa 

Chickpea Tikka Masala pouch 

avocado, sliced 

cucumber, shaved 

kale, chopped

cherry tomatoes, halved

red onion, thinly sliced or pickled 

yogurt

Tomato Achaar

fresh cilantro, chopped

Method

Divide cooked quinoa into bowls. 

Heat the Chickpea Tikka Masala pouch as directed, then spoon it over the quinoa.

Top with sliced avocado, shaved cucumber, chopped kale, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced (or pickled) red onion.

Drizzle yogurt over the bowl and add a dollop of Tomato Achaar.

Garnish with fresh cilantro for extra flavor. Serve and enjoy!
