You just take a warm naan or flatbread, spread it generously with labne, thick strained yogurt, then swirl on some Tomato Achaar or Roasted Garlic Achaar and top with cut cucumbers and herbs. It's perfect for a quick lunch but cut into slices, can also serve as a delicious appetizer.
