Achaari Queso

Spice up your next gathering with this Tomato Achaar Queso! Ready in under 30 minutes, it's sure to be a hit with everyone at the table.

Serves 8-10

Ingredients

2 tablespoon olive oil

1 tomato, diced

1 onion, diced

2 jalapeños, diced

2 garlic cloves, diced

1 can evaporated milk

1/2 cup Tomato Achaar, or to taste

8 oz sharp white cheddar, shredded

cilantro, for garnish

tortilla chips, for serving 

Method

Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, and jalapeños until they begin to soften.

Stir in a can of evaporated milk and mix well. Add a generous spoonful of Tomato Achaar and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Gradually stir in shredded cheese, mixing continuously until it melts and combines into a smooth, creamy queso.

Top with fresh cilantro and serve warm with your favorite chips!
