4 oz dry noodles
2 tablespoons Brooklyn Delhi Roasted Garlic Achaar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons black or white sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 scallions, trimmed and chopped
1/4 cup neutral oil
Cook noodles according to package directions.
While noodles are cooking, place the rest of the ingredients except the oil in a heat safe bowl. Heat oil in a tadka pan or a small pot over medium heat for a few minutes until hot and sizzling. Pour oil over ingredients in bowl.
Mix in hot noodles and serve immediately!
