Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil
2-3 tablespoons chopped sweet peppers, or to taste
2-3 tablespoons chives, or to taste
2-3 tablespoons cilantro, or to taste
2-3 tablespoons garlic, or to taste
2-3 tablespoons crumbled feta, or to taste
2-3 tablespoons green olives, or to taste
Tomato Achaar
Date Tamarind Chutney
focaccia or bread of choice
Method
Mix olive oil, chopped sweet peppers, chives, cilantro, garlic, crumbled feta, green olives, Tomato Achaar, and Date Tamarind Chutney in a bowl.
Serve with focaccia or your favorite bread!
