Comforting Japanese Chicken Curry

2 lbs chicken thighs, cubed 

1/4 cup yuzu sauce

2 tbsp oil 

1 potato, cubed 

1 carrot, sliced

1 onion, sliced 

1 jar Brooklyn Delhi Golden Coconut Curry


Start by marinating the chicken with Yuzu sauce (we used Bachan's). 

In a medium pot, heat your oil. Add the onions, potatoes, and carrots, and cook until they start to soften, about 3 minutes. Then add your chicken and let it simmer for a few more minutes. 

Add a cup of water to the pot, cover, and let cook until the potatoes are knife tender, about 12-15 minutes. 

Add in Brooklyn Delhi Golden Coconut Curry and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
