Spicy Egg & Cheese Bagel

Egg Bagel

Elevating your egg and cheese bagel is a breeze, and the secret lies in one key ingredient: Tomato Achaar. It's what makes this bagel the most flavorful and delicious version you'll ever taste!

Serves 2


2 eggs 

Salt and pepper, to taste

splash of milk/cream

1 tablespoon butter 

2 slices sharp cheddar cheese or any preferred cheese

2 bagels of choice 

Brooklyn Delhi Tomato Achaar, to taste 


In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt and pepper, and a splash of milk/cream. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter to the pan. Once the butter is melted, add the whisked eggs.  Scramble gently, allowing a loose omelette to form. While the eggs are cooking, toast your bagel to desired level of crispiness and butter each side.

Once the eggs are almost cooked, place the cheese slice on top for it to melt.

To serve, transfer the eggs to the bagel and add your Tomato Achaar. Serve immediately!
