Crispy Baked Fish with Spicy Mango Chutney

Fish With a Crunchy Breadcrumb and Spicy Mango Chutney Crust

You don’t need chef skills for this meal, all you need is to assemble and bake! This fish is filled with flavor and has a delicious crunch to it. 

Serves 2


Fish fillet, 2 

Brooklyn Delhi Spicy Mango Chutney, 8 tbsps (or Sweet Mango Chutney

Breadcrumbs, 4 tbsps 

Chopped cilantro, 1/4 cup 

Paprika, 1 tbsp 

Melted butter, 3 tbsps


On a greased baking sheet, lay out your fish fillets separately. Coat each fillet with equal amounts of spicy mango chutney. 

Combine bread crumbs, chopped cilantro, and paprika together in a small bowl. 

Coat each fish fillet with equal amounts of the mixture you created. 

Pour melted butter over each fish fillet evenly. 

Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
