Ghost Pepper Queso

Bring the heat to your next gathering with this Ghost Pepper Queso! It comes together in under 30 minutes and is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.


Serves 8-10


2 tablespoon olive oil 

1 tomato, diced 

1 onion, diced

2 jalapeños, diced f

2 garlic cloves, diced 

1 can evaporated milk 

1/4 - 1/2 cup Brooklyn Delhi Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce 

8 oz sharp white cheddar, shredded

cilantro, for garnish 


Sauté tomatoes, onion, garlic, and jalapeños in a medium pan with olive oil. Once they start to soften, add a can of evaporated milk and stir. Add Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce and bring to a simmer. Slowly mix in the cheese and keep stirring until it has melted and combined.

Top with fresh cilantro and serve warm with chips!
