Ingredients
1 pound store-bought gnocchi
1 jar Brooklyn Delhi Cashew Butter Masala Simmer Sauce
1/4 cup heavy cream
Fried shallots, for topping
Grated Parmesan, for topping
Brooklyn Delhi Tomato Achaar, optional, for serving
Method
Cook the store-bought gnocchi according to the package instructions, then drain.
Pour the Cashew Butter Masala Simmer Sauce into a large skillet and warm over medium-low heat. Stir in the cream and simmer gently until heated through.
Add the cooked gnocchi and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
Divide into bowls and top with fried shallots and grated Parmesan. Add a spoonful of Tomato Achaar if you like it spicy, and serve warm.
