Naan Paneer Wrap

This Naan Paneer Wrap can be made with tofu, halloumi, or other protein of choice. It is the perfect snack that comes together in less than 10 minutes. 


1 tablespoon oil 

Paneer, can also use tofu or halloumi


Tomatoes, chopped

Red onions, sliced

Cilantro, chopped


Roasted Garlic Achaar or Tomato Achaar 


Turn heat to medium-high. In a non-stick pan, add the oil. Add in cubed paneer (can also use tofu or halloumi) in a single layer and salt it. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown, flipping cubes to evenly brown. Add fried paneer to a piece of warmed naan and top with chopped tomatoes, sliced red onions, chopped cilantro, yogurt, and Roasted Garlic Achaar or Tomato Achaar
