This Naan Paneer Wrap can be made with tofu, halloumi, or other protein of choice. It is the perfect snack that comes together in less than 10 minutes.
1 tablespoon oil
Paneer, can also use tofu or halloumi
Red onions, sliced
Turn heat to medium-high. In a non-stick pan, add the oil. Add in cubed paneer (can also use tofu or halloumi) in a single layer and salt it. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown, flipping cubes to evenly brown. Add fried paneer to a piece of warmed naan and top with chopped tomatoes, sliced red onions, chopped cilantro, yogurt, and Roasted Garlic Achaar or Tomato Achaar.
