Achaari Peanut Noodles

Our favorite type of meal when we don't know what to eat and only have 5 minutes to spare! These Achaari Peanut Noodles are packed with flavor!

Serves 2 

Ingredients

2 packages ramen noodles of choice 

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons Tomato Achaar

1 tablespoon rice vinegar 

2 scallions, thinly sliced for garnish 

Chili crunch, optional 

Method

Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the ramen to al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. 

In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, Tomato Achaar, and rice vinegar until smooth. Add the cooked noodles and toss until they're well coated with the sauce. 

Divide the noodles into two bowls and top with sliced scallions and chili crunch or Tomato Achaar for extra heat!
