I'm a purist when it comes to sundaes and love vanilla ice cream with hot fudge, whipped cream and nuts but every once in a while I like to add a little something different into the mix. Enter Mango Chutney glazed nuts. Get the recipe below. These nuts are delicious on a sundae or just plain for snacking.
1 cup walnuts, cashews or pecans
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons Brooklyn Delhi Sweet Mango Chutney or Spicy Mango Chutney
Preheat skillet over medium high heat. Add in nuts, maple syrup and mango chutney. Cook stirring frequently until syrup is caramelized and nuts are toasted, about 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt. Transfer to plate to cool and harden up.
