Spicy Tomato Pizza

Tomato Achaar Pizza

This recipe is a quicker version of my Tarte A La Tomato Achaar but uses a frozen premade pizza crust instead of having to make the crust from scratch. This is definitely a go-to for me when tomatoes are in season!

Serves 2-3


1/4 jar of Brooklyn Delhi Tomato Achaar (or more depending on size of crust)

Banza Chickpea Pizza Crust (or other frozen pizza crust)

1 cup Gruyere or cheddar cheese, divided 

1 large tomato, sliced

Parsley or oregano, for garnish 


Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread Tomato Achaar evenly on pizza crust.

Scatter 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Layer on tomato slices along with another 1/2 cup of cheese. 

Bake for 9-13. Garnish with fresh parsley or oregano.
