Tomato Burrata Salad

Tomato Burrata Salad with Curry Mustard Vinaigrette

This Tomato Burrata Salad couldn't be any easier to make and tastes like Summer on a plate especially with the addition of this sweet Mango Chutney Vinaigrette.


Serves 2-3


Tomato Burrata Salad:

seasonal tomatoes 



Mango Chutney Vinaigrette Ingredients 

1 shallot, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons sherry or balsamic vinegar 

2 tablespoon Brooklyn Delhi Sweet Mango Chutney or Spicy Mango Chutney, or to taste

1/2 teaspoon sugar or honey 

1/2 teaspoon coarse salt or to taste 

fresh ground black pepper 

6 tablespoons good olive oil


Whisk together shallots, lemon juice, vinegar, Sweet Mango Chutney or Spicy Mango Chutney, sugar, coarse salt, and a few grinds of fresh pepper in a large bowl. As you are whisking, slowly add in the oil until all of the oil is emulsified. Taste and add salt. 

Assemble tomatoes and burrata on a plate and drizzle as much Mango Chutney Vinaigrette on top as you like. Garnish with basil leaves.
