The Best Tomato Toast

The combination of white bread, mayo, and tomatoes is a Southern classic that we've put a Brooklyn Delhi spin on using a Roasted Garlic Achaar Mayo. I've had this Tomato Mayo Toast on repeat all summer and it never disappoints!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons mayo or Vegenaise

5-6 teaspoons Roasted Garlic Achaar, to taste

2 slices of good bread, toast

3 slices of tomato, cut in half

herbs of choice, for garnish

Method

Mix together the mayo and Roasted Garlic Achaar in a small bowl. Spread mayo evenly on toast slices. Layer on tomatoes and herbs.

Enjoy!
