1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Brooklyn Delhi Tomato Achaar
1 packet ramen of choice
1 tablespoon kewpie mayo
In a soup bowl, add the egg yolk, garlic, Tomato Achaar, seasoning packet from ramen and kewpie mayo. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and saucy.
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Use about 1/2 cup of the cooked ramen water and add to your seasoning mixture. Whisk until fully combined.
Add the cooked ramen noodles and top with sliced scallions.
