Whipped Feta Dip with Achaari Olives

This Whipped Feta Dip with Achaari Olives is sweet, tangy, and oh so savory! This deserves a spot in your favorite dip rotation.

Ingredients

8 ounces feta

1/2 cup Greek yogurt 

2 tablespoons olive oil, divided 

2-3 tablespoons honey 

3/4 cup Castaveltrano olives, pitted and halved 

2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Achaar 

Method

Add feta, greek yogurt, olive oil, and honey to a food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl periodically. 

Transfer feta dip to a serving dish. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add in olives and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Roasted Garlic Achaar and sauté for another minute or so. 

Spoon olives over feta and serve with bread of choice!
