Date Tamarind Baked Brie

Ingredients

1 brie wheel

1/4 cup Date Tamarind Chutney

1 square sheet puff pastry

1 egg, for egg wash

1 teaspoon sugar

crostini or crackers of choice 

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Slice the brie and spread the Date Tamarind Chutney evenly over the top.

Wrap the brie in the puff pastry, ensuring the edges are sealed.

Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 390°F for 20–25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.

Serve warm with crostini or crackers. Enjoy!
