Ingredients
4 Samosas, store-bought or homemade
1 Chickpea Tikka Masala with Potatoes pouch
Brooklyn Delhi condiments like Roasted Garlic Achaar, Tomato Achaar, Spicy Mango Chutney, Sweet Mango Chutney, Date Tamarind Chutney
Plain yogurt, lightly beaten
Red onion, chopped
Sev
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Method
Place samosas in a serving dish and just chop them up into bite-size pieces. Tear open the pouch of Chickpea Tikka Masala and microwave for 90 seconds. Pour desired quantity of heated Chickpea Tikka Masala generously over the samosas.
Top with drizzles of yogurt, your fav Brooklyn Delhi condiments (Date Tamarind is a must), chopped onion (& tomato if you have), sev, and cilantro. Serve immediately and enjoy!
