Smoked Salmon Toast With Curry Mustard

This toast is a delicious collab between Fishwife smoked salmon and Brooklyn Delhi condiments. It works perfectly with our Mango Chutney or Curry Mustard!

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 slice of good bread, toasted

Brooklyn Delhi Sweet/Spicy Mango Chutney, Curry Mustard or regular mustard

Fishwife Smoked Atlantic Salmon

Cherry tomatoes, sliced

Cucumbers, sliced

Basil, chopped

Everything bagel seasoning

Method

Spread a layer of Sweet/Spicy Mango Chutney, Curry Mustard or regular mustard on toast. Layer on cucumbers, smoked salmon, sliced tomatoes, basil, and top with everything bagel seasoning.
