Spicy Roasted Garlic Aioli

Grilling season is upon us so why not spice it up this Summer with the most delicious Spicy Roasted Garlic Aioli. We love to dip fries into these condiments and spread them on burgers! 

Makes 3/4 cup

Ingredients

2-3 teaspoons Brooklyn Delhi roasted Garlic Achaar

1 tablespoon mayonaise (can sub with vegenaise or aquafaba mayo)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Method

Mash roasted garlic achaar. Whisk in mayonnaise, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season to taste with coarse salt and pepper.


Tips

Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.
