Ingredients
8 oz pasta
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 pound chicken
1 jar Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
parmesan, for serving
fresh basil, for serving
chili flakes, for serving
Method
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve a splash of pasta water, then drain.
While the pasta cooks, heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sear until golden brown and cooked through.
Pour in Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and cream. Stir until warmed through and combined.
Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated. Use a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
Finish with parmesan, fresh basil, and chili flakes. Serve immediately.
