These Black Bean Masala Nachos are my current obsession! It comes together in 10 minutes and hits the spot every time!
Ingredients
1 bag of tortilla chips
1 pouch Black Bean Butter Masala
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
fresh cilantro, chopped
pickle de gallo, optional
Method
Preheat your oven to 350*F. Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Heat the Black Bean Butter Masala by tearing open the pouch and microwaving it for 90 seconds. Spoon the heated Black Bean Butter Masala evenly over the chips.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips and masala. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with chopped red onions, fresh cilantro, and Pickle de Gallo (optional).
Serve immediately and enjoy!
