Masala Beans on Toast

Ingredients

Black Bean Butter Masala pouch 

toast

shredded cheese of choice

fresh scallions, chopped 

chili crisp, optional 

Tomato Achaar 

Roasted Garlic Achaar 

Sweet Mango Chutney 

Spicy Mango Chutney 

Date Tamarind Chutney 

Method

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat the Brooklyn Delhi Masala Beans pouch according to package instructions.

Layer the warm Masala Beans on top of the toast.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Place the toast in the oven for a few minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once out of the oven, top with fresh scallions, a drizzle of chili crisp, or your favorite Brooklyn Delhi condiment. Serve warm and enjoy!
