Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 lb cubed chicken (breast or thigh)
1 jar Brooklyn Delhi Mango Curry Simmer Sauce
1 small red onion, chopped, for garnish
fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Method
In a medium-sized, non-stick pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and sauté for about 7 minutes, until browned on all sides.
Pour in 1 jar of Brooklyn Delhi Mango Curry Simmer Sauce and stir to coat the chicken. Let it simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce is heated through. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add a splash of water as it simmers.
Garnish with chopped red onion and cilantro. Serve with rice or naan and then top with Brooklyn Delhi Date Tamarind Chutney or your favorite Brooklyn Delhi condiment for added flavor. Enjoy!
