5-Minute Red Bean Chili

This quick 5-minute chili hits the spot when I'm craving a hearty, comforting meal without spending hours in the kitchen. What I love is that the toppings are interchangeable so you can make this chili many different ways depending on what you have on hand. I’ve provided a few different options below and it's also delicious with our Black Bean Butter Masala.

Ingredients

1 pouch Red Bean Rajma Masala (Black Bean Butter Masala works well too!)

avocado

cheese - grated sharp cheddar, crumbled feta or cotija

red onions, chopped

cilantro, chopped

tortilla chips or roasted pepitas 

sour cream or plain yogurt

Tomato Achaar 

Roasted Garlic Achaar 

Sweet Mango Chutney 

Spicy Mango Chutney 

Date Tamarind Chutney 

Method

Tear open the pouch of Red Bean Rajma Masala and microwave for 90 seconds.

Pour the Rajma Masala into a bowl and top with avocado, cheese, red onions, cilantro, tortilla chips, and sour cream. 

Finish with a dollop of Tomato Achaar or your favorite Brooklyn Delhi product. Serve immediately and enjoy!
