No Bake Spicy Queso Nachos

Elevate your nacho game with Black Bean Butter Masala and Ghost Pepper Queso. This delightful duo is not only easy to whip up but also promises a burst of flavor in every bite!


Serves 4-6


1 cup of the Black Bean Butter Masala 

Ghost Pepper Queso, desired amount 

Tortilla chips 

Sour cream or yogurt 

Guntur Sannam Hot Sauce, Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, or Tomato Achaar 

1 jalapeño, sliced 

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 

1/2 small red onion, chopped 


Follow our Black Bean Butter Masala recipe* and use the desired amount for the nachos (I usually use around 1 cup). 

Follow our Ghost Pepper Queso and use desired amount for the nachos.

Spread your tortilla chips in a single layer, overlapping them slightly. Layer your chips with warm Ghost Pepper Queso and Black Bean Butter Masala and top with with sour cream (yogurt works too), Guntur Sannam, Ghost Pepper hot sauce, or Tomato Achaar. Sprinkle with jalapeños, cilantro, and chopped red onions! 

*The Black Bean Butter Masala is delicious on these nachos but you can definitely still make them without!

Note: you can heat your chips at 350F in the oven but it is not necessary!
