Ingredients

1 pouch Black Bean Butter Masala (Red Bean Rajma Masala also works!)

avocado

cheese - grated sharp cheddar, crumbled feta or cotija

red onions, chopped

cilantro, chopped

tortilla chips or roasted pepitas 

sour cream or plain yogurt

Tomato Achaar 

Roasted Garlic Achaar 

Sweet Mango Chutney 

Spicy Mango Chutney 

Date Tamarind Chutney 

Method

Tear open the pouch of Black Bean Butter Masala and microwave for 90 seconds.

Pour the Black Bean Butter Masala into a bowl and top with avocado, cheese, red onions, cilantro, tortilla chips, and sour cream. 

Finish with a dollop of Tomato Achaar or your favorite Brooklyn Delhi product. Serve immediately and enjoy!
